What a lovely finale to our special movement #howareyou. Thank you to every single person who joined our walkathon in support of creating mental health awareness. We truly enjoyed connecting to each and every one. You are making a difference. You are special.

 

Your mental health can be excellent on some days and not so great on others. And this is entirely normal. Regardless of whether or not you’re suffering from a mental illness, you can maintain your mental health daily by working on skills and adopting healthy lifestyle habits. The more you practice, the easier it gets.
